The heart of the app. All your labour in one place, with no spreadsheet and no notebook.

Materials, suppliers and prices

Who you bought from, at what price, when — and how much you still owe them.

  • One running balance per supplier: your purchases minus what you have paid.
  • Settle a debt by selecting the unpaid items and tapping “Paid”.
  • Supplier names are unified, so one supplier never ends up as three entries.
  • A price history built from your own purchases, separated by unit.

Budget, expenses and receivables

Where the site's money goes, and how much is left before the budget eats your margin.

  • A chart in each project splits labour, materials and other costs against the budget.
  • An alert at 80% of the budget, and another when you go over.
  • The “Debts and receivables” screen covers every project: net balance, what clients owe you, supplier debt and what workers are owed.
  • Expense categories (transport, equipment hire, fuel, admin…) show you where money leaks.
